Shipping & Handling

At Rejoy, we are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping and handling policy to understand how your orders are processed and shipped.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

We offer standard and express shipping across India via reliable courier partners.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and external conditions (weather, strikes, etc.).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies.
  • Express Shipping: Charges vary depending on weight and location. Rates will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID and link will be shared via email/SMS. You can track your shipment status anytime through our courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Area

We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote or non-serviceable areas, delivery time may extend or may not be available. Please check availability at checkout.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you via email or phone.
  • If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we may attempt re-delivery or cancel the order after 2 failed attempts.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package is damaged or items are missing:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at sunil.renota@gmail.com with photos and your order number.
  • We will initiate a replacement or refund after verification.

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates as we expand.
